Refund policy

We offer a flexible return, refund, and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers.

Refund & Cancellation

All jackets are made to order and produced only after an order is placed.
Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Refund requests are processed on a case-by-case basis and may take 15–30 days to complete.

Please allow 15–20 days for return processing and up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Amount & Deductions

You will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If a product is returned for a refund, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers returning a product for a refund can also opt for 100% store credit.

Sizing Issues

If an item is returned due to a size issue, a full refund may not be applicable since sizes are reconfirmed with the customer before production starts.

Exchange is available for sizing issues; however, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Eligible Returns

Items damaged by the customer or products that appear used will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
